This website is a place where many minds can write what they want, when they want. I have always wanted to do some sort of a sports blog, but realized how difficult it would be to update it with fresh information every day. I soon realized the answer: I didn’t have to. If I put together a team, it would not just be me updating the website but a bunch of people keeping things fresh. Essays, youtube videos, pictures, and whatever else this crazy group could come up with. So I threw out a few feelers, got people interested, and now First Pick Blog is off and rolling, hopefully towards a bright future. The future of book writing may be bleak, but the blog era is just getting started.
